Vertical plate freezer is mainly used for batch freezing of aquatic products, meat and other products on land or fishing vessels. The product is loaded from above into the freezing stations. Once loading is complete and freezing commences. After the required freezing time, the plates are then defrosted to break the adhesion between plate and product, thus allowing the frozen product to be raised hydraulically to waist height for discharge.

Horizontal plate freezer is easy to operate, widely used in aquatic, fishery and meat processing.

Shelf plate freezer adopts the dual freezing method of blowing air and contact. The special aluminum alloy heat exchange plate evaporator is mounted on the steel frame. The product is loaded on the plate evaporator. There are axial fans at both ends of the plate evaporator, which constantly and evenly blow the air between the freezing plate and the product for heat exchange.
