Shrimp Grading Machine

Structural features:

1、The two-stage lifting conveyor belt makes the product  dispersed evenly, and increases homogeneous rates because there is no need to check the product before or after grading.

2、The combination of six groups with twelve rollers and six(or seven) grades brings a wider grading range and high accuracy.

3、The roller cover and the lifting conveyor belt are both made up of plastics used in food industry. Axis of roller is made up of stainless steel materials and meets food hygiene requirements.

4、The whole machine except some spare parts like reducer, drive chain, bearings which will not contact with the products directly is made up of  stainless steel and meets food hygiene requirements.

5、Lifting machine and rollers are both driven by cycloidal reducer and controlled by inverter in order to realize infinitely variable speed. Operators can adjust different production speed according to different production requirements.

6、The machine is equipped with grading standard regulator so that the operators can adjust the grading standard at any time in the process of grading.
